Many yeses are actually ‘no’ in disguise, says Marisa Peer. She candidly tackles the many unacceptable behaviors that women often tolerate instead of drawing strong boundaries, and she addresses the critical skills of great leaders. Marisa Peer is a world-renowned therapist and speaker, RTT trainer and best-selling author.
“Until you can say ‘NO’, ‘YES’ has no meaning. Learn to say, I’m hurt. That wasn’t right.” This takes courage to know your own needs and draw clear boundaries. The key? You have to know that “I am enough”.
