FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
There is no fee to participate as a guest on the podcast.
Each podcast episode of Activating Women Leaders will be 20-30min long, and may be edited for clarity.
The interview will be recorded in video. The podcast will be released an audio on iTunes and other podcasts, and on video on Spotify. Short video and audio clips may be extracted for marketing and promotional purposes.
We primarily use Zoom for video and audio recording. We also use Streamyard for various purposes.
You can share your interview online via various podcast platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and Anchor. You may also request a copy of the interview file and we will do our best to furnish you with a copy where possible.
There are no further obligations for you as a guest beyond professional courtesy - this includes clear and timely communication, being in a quiet and appropriate environment for recording, and showing up as your best self to share valuable insights to the audience. We do request that you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance should the need arise, and that you share the promo and interview with your network.

It signals a gathering of voices from every corner, every culture, and every experience, united in a mission. This is a place where we honor the intricate journey of women leaders as they rise, adapt, and flourish—encompassing the continuous cycle of growth, change, and progression that defines us all.
Our logo, structured as a capital 'W', is an emblem of women rising, together.
- The tiara-like shape echoes the regality and inherent worth of every woman, a gentle reminder that each one of us holds a crown, symbolizing our unique journeys and achievements.
- The diamonds nestled between the arms of the 'W' are more than mere decorative elements. They signify the bonds of partnership and sisterhood—visual representations of women standing shoulder to shoulder, empowering one another.
